Innovative, practical and refined, "Keep up" is a vinegar jar designed and perfected by Le Clos Saint Antoine, a professional vinegar maker specializing in traditional ("à l'ancienne") vinegars. Small enough to fit into even the most compact kitchen, its sober design makes an attractive addition to any home, whether the style is rustic or modern.

The first-ever domestic vinegar jar with no tap or spigot, "Keep up" is guaranteed not to leak or drip, thanks to the innovative filling and draining pipette device incorporated into the lid.

The pipette device can be used both to fill the jar with wine, cider or any other alcohol-based beverage, and to drain and bottle the vinegar made in the jar, for simple and practical use.

A wooden spatula is provided in the kit so that if the vinegar mother grows too thick around the pipette, it can be easily removed, ensuring production of clear, sediment-free vinegar with no bitter after-taste. No other cleaning is required.

"Keep up" puts its new design at the service of traditional production methods known for millenia. It also speeds up the process, (producing up to 1.5 liters of top-quality vinegar per month).
