Theses vinegars are made from white organic wines, from AOC red wines from Provence, with an infusion of lemon thyme from our picking in the Haut Var for the lemon thyme vinegar. They all aged in oak barrels.

Tasting advice : This range of vinegars can fully meet a sauce or used in seasoning.
