MAKING

 

We select only the high quality wines of Provence, mainly in AOC.

The production is made at the heart of Provence, in Callas, on a traditional way, in the highest tradition of the development of the old vinegar.

Processed in oak casks in a natural way under our mild climate, then the vinegar slowly aging in barrels in a tempered cellar. Flavored, spicy, all the character and uniqueness of our region is found in this exceptional product.
