Fruits of our exciting work , our vinegars are made in respect of the ancestral tradition in the heart of Provence from excellent wines of Provence, mostly in Appellation of Origin or even 'Crus classés' wines. Processed in oak barrels in the sweet air of our region, our vinegars then age in barrels or ladies johns in a temperate cellar to return better all the subtle and exquisite flavors.

Made exclusively with traditional vinegar, the traditional mustard is very aromatic, not aggressive in the mouth, sweet and slightly pungent. This mustard has a southern accent because it is made with extra virgin olive oil and our traditional Provence vinegar. A real handmade production, made with excellent ingredients, without stabilizers, preservatives, or sulfites added.
