AOC red wine VINEGAR 25 cl

This vinegar is our range TRADITION made from AOC red wines from Provence and aged in oak barrels.

Traditional vinegar par excellence, with a bewitching dark red dress. Its voluptuous power is the result of a mix between subtle notes of red fruits and strength of tannin released from oak barrels during aging.

Tasting advice : in cooking, to meet a sauce, seasoning with red meat or game. It gives a real French salad dressing with a stunning raspberry color.

Personally, I use it to flavor asparagus and especially freshly picked wild salad, all served with a drizzle of olive oil, salt, pepper and a few croutons rubbed with garlic butter and sprinkled with anchovies.

Preserving : in a dry place, protected from light. Replace cap after each use

Feature : deposition of the mother vinegar can be formed. It does not affect the quality of vinegar. It is a guarantee of authenticity 100% natural.
