La mère que j'ai acheté n'a rien donnée.
Au bout de 2 mois, il n'y a pas eu de transformation du vin en vinaigre, donc j'ai tout mis à la poubelle.
J' ai contacté le clos Saint Antoine par mail, mais aucune réponse de leur part. Alors que lorsque j'avais besoin de renseignement pour acheter la mère à vinaigre j'avais des réponses à mes mails.
Vinaigre de démarrage au top !

La mère s'est formée en quelques semaines. La culture est vraiment très bien pour démarrer.
